WALL-MOUNTED BREATHING AIR PANELS
For one or more users who require a high-quality breathable air filtration system without portability requirements. Features a Carbon Monoxide monitor and adjustable pressure regulator, easy to install and can be mounted to any wall, panel, or booth application. Panel includes a nano F 1 water separator and 0.01 micron coalescing filter with automatic condensate drains and an AC-activated carbon adsorber to remove moisture, oil aerosols, odours and taste to 0.003 ppm. 50, 100 or 175 scfm flow rates.
MODULAR BREATHING AIR PURIFIER SYSTEM
Modular systems include nano F1 1 and 0.01 micron high efficiency coalescing filters with automatic condensate drains, a 4-layer, mixed bed to remove CO and scrub CO 2 and an integral 1 micron particulate after filter. Air is filtered via an M1 1.0 micron pre-filter and an M01 0.01 micron high-efficiency coalescing pre-filter; the NBA then removes CO and CO2 using a 4-layer, mixed bed cartridge in aluminum extruded vessel. Inlet flow rates from 8 - 648 scfm available.
PORTABLE BREATHING AIR CASES
For users who need a robust, impact and water resistant go anywhere breathable air filtration system. Includes an adjustable pressure regulator and carbon monoxide (CO) monitor to ensure safe and reliable operation and 4 outlets for multiple users. Contains nano F1 water separator and 0.01 micron coalescing filter with automatic condensate drains and an AC activated carbon adsorber to remove moisture, oil aerosols, odors and taste to 0.003 ppm. Available in 50 or 100 scfm flow rates. Complies with OSHA Grade D (US) and CSA Z180.1-13 (Canada) breathing air standards.
CAG PURIFICATION PRO BREATHING AIR PACKAGES
Designed to comply with international breathing air standards and European Pharmacopoeia medical air standards. A standard range of breathing air packages from 42 Nm3/hr (25 SCFM) – 297 Nm3/hr (175 SCFM). Larger flow capacities and duplex systems are available upon request. Compact & Integrated design for easy installation & confined spaces. Desiccant and catalyst purifiers are both cartridge based for simple, time-efficient replacement.
